himself with this exhaust! it's constructed of heavy gauge stainless
steel, has a deep, smooth sound with
no drone and adds an awesome power increase of 6hp.
the twin, double walled, vented, angle cut stainless steel tips exit
through the center of the stock lower valance. last, but not least, i
had ernie powder coat it black to meet itibiti's personal needs...the
first one he's done.
if you want to add a hi-performance exhaust to your smart car...this is the one. take itibiti's word for it!

front-view cameras connected to the
planet audio a/v switch with wireless remote. jeremy and mike did
such a clean install, you'd think it came straight from the factory that
way.

polk audio 5-channel amp
mounted in a custom 4" high enclosure in the boot.

been painted to match the existing body panels. then they are wrapped in
clear plastic to protect them from stone chips. while this look is not
for everyone, i really like it. painting the left & right panels really
makes the tridion bar stand out, and the extra color on the front and
rear panels really adds to the total package.

liked the look of this fuel door the moment i saw it. it's another of
those "it's all in the details" items that really
enhances the overall look of your smart. it's an easy 10 minute install requiring you to drill 2 holes,

michigan does not require a front plate, but i like to spread the
"itibiti word" as much as i can. and, being as a second plate only costs
$5.00 a year, i went ahead and ordered one. available at
autosport automotive, the plate holder has an acrylic lens which,
along with a rubber gasket, seals the plate from weather, bugs and road
damage. |

scangauge II allows you to troubleshoot your own car, read error
codes and the conditions present when the error occurred. you can also
turn off the “check engine” light and avoid those costly trips to the
mechanic. it plugs into the obdii port, tracks four sets of trip data, each with 11

built-in digital gauges. all the information is presented in real-time. |

antenna that's only 4" long when closed, and is 3-stage adjustable to 11".

traffic alerts, an FM transmitter and touch screen. it guarantees i will
(almost) never get lost.

this is by far the coolest product ever! all my
itibiti videos are shot using
it. i keep it in the glove box so
it's always ready for action. it uses standard aa batteries, has an
internal speaker, 1 gigabyte internal storage, holds one hour of footage
and shoots 640x480 video at 30 frames per second. but the coolest thing
is the fact that it will upload your footage to youtube (or your
computer hard drive) at the touch of a button. you can shoot video and,
literally minutes later, it's on youtube! anyone can do it! take it from
someone who has been a camera buff for years...this thing is a joy to
use!

when did i become such a
smart car
enthusiast? |
i first saw a smart fortwo in the fall of 2000. it was at the
mercedes-benz USA company picnic on the beautiful, sprawling grounds of
their headquarters in montvale, n.j.
my wife (who had first seen the smart car in 1999 while traveling in
europe for her job) worked
for
mercedes-benz at the time, while i worked for
bmw USA. i immediately fell in
love with it and asked my wife about USA availability. she
told me m-b was attempting to import the smart car, but were running into one
difficulty after another, and it probably would never happen! i
told her "if that thing ever comes to the U.S.A., we HAVE to get one!".
little did i know it would take 8 years for that to happen.
here's a bit of trivia for you: the mercedes-benz vice-president who
was overseeing the attempt to import the smart to the USA was current
smart USA president
